The Law Office of JUDr. Daniel Musil chose a clear direction at the very beginning and set for itself four basic pillars (professionalism, quality, individualised approach, results) that reliably define the basic attitude of the office. Our philosophy and approach, which rest on our values, are a lasting warranty for you that your particular case will be dealt with in a high-quality, dutiful, prompt and tactful manner. Being committed to our work is a matter of honour for us, and we always endeavour to do the best work specifically for you.

We do not conceal that we are a young law office, but at the same time we point out that our solutions are effective, relentless and very often exceed the clients expectations. It is specifically our "young" novel, and sometimes indeed confrontational approach to the opposing party that gives us the "weapons" others may lack. We are not a team worn down by years of routine that has nothing to fight for, but rather the opposite; in every new legal case there is a challenge for us, one we try to cope with in order to fully satisfy our client.

The legal profession is a field which has been developed by humanity over hundreds of years; it is therefore very complex and it may not be easy to take the right path.
